Analogy Marketing
Analogy Marketing, headed by Michael Ullman, is the “parent” company of “$100k Blueprint”. In addition to the branded courses and related sites & services, Analogy Marketing actively manages an in-house effort comprising dozens of revenue-generating websites across virtually every IM business model, as well as 20 ‘test’ servers & websites for analyzing and testing changes in SEO (“Search Engine Optimization”) and traffic generation methods.
Michael is a veteran of the computer industry, and the Internet before the days of the Web. He has held various posts at AT&T including Senior Manager for Emerging Services, National Sales Manager for WorldNet Internet Services & Web Hosting, and finally Technology Spokeman for Emerging Services. After AT&T he took the post of Vice President at ICS, where he developed Mail Sentry, the industries first pre-emptively scanned email service, and took the company through it?s Reverse Merger IPO.
Though primarily involved in sales, product development, and day-to-day operations, he is an engineer at heart. Michael developed the technology that broadcast the 1996 Republican National Convention live online, the largest live video broadcast ever attempted – at that time! In addition to various industry management stints, he taught Digital Communications Technology at Johns Hopkins University, and lectured on Emerging Services at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC.
Michael is one of the Internet’s true pioneers. Among his notable achievements, he created UUNET?s Affinity Marketing program, the Internet industry?s first true Affiliate Marketing Program. He developed Marriott?s web site, integrating the first live online reservation system, created the first industry-specific directory site, and as President of ICS Network Systems, created Mail Sentry, the first pre-emptively scanned mail service. At AT&T he held the post of National Sales Manager for Emerging Services, and was their Technology Spokesman during the 1996 Presidential Conventions, giving the first nationally televised press conference of the Republican National Convention where he unveiled the largest live Internet video broadcast ever attempted.
Michael has taught Digital Communications at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and Emerging Technology at American University in Washington DC. He has also lectured at The Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC, and is a frequent presenter at industry seminars and workshops.
